I am on femara 7.5, my lining is thick, she said really thick so I am hoping that is good , I have several little follicles but only one mature (it only takes one) they said that one is perfect. I have a back up one she said that is at a 16 . She says by time my eggs are released that one should work too. I was hoping to have more (unsure if femara is suppose to give me more) but either way I am hoping for a positive in 2 weeks. I’ve been on clomid but never had an ultrasound around ovulation to know if that is good for me or had. I got pregnant once successfully on clomid, has one miscarriage a year and half later and several failed attempts since then. This is my first time on femara.
