How do you know "your sexual drive level"?

I was wondering, how to know what's my sexual drive. A guy I'm sleeping with told me I have a high sexual drive but I've never thought about that. So, I ask you, what do tou think is your sexual drive and why?

It’s a spectrum in my opinion. I was with someone else and they told me I had a low sex drive because I wanted sex less than they did. I was with someone who said I had a high sex drive because I wanted it more than them. Unless you are asexual or have sex multiple times a day everyday, it really depends and there is no definite answer.

There’s either high or low as in you either like having sex or doing sexual stuff a lot or you prefer not to do them too much or want to do them 🤷🏼‍♀️

My sex drive changes depending on my mood and who I’m with. My ex had a CRAZY high sex drive and it was beyond exhausting with him getting the most out of it. My man’s now has a lower sex drive but one time goes a LONG way and it matches with me much better.
