100mg clomid and spotting for over a week after ovulation

I've been taking pregnancy test and come back negative. I ovulated on the 28th of June. I am on my 4th clomid round but this is my first round doing 100mg of clomid. ever since the 28th of June I've been spotting brown/pink sometimes red but more more of a rustic color for more than a week? and only when I wipe.. I wear a pad and its only a little discharge on pad.. it isn't getting heavy at all. here we are july 7th and its still happening. I've never spotted like this on clomid. what is going on?? anyone had similar issues
