Did anyone have to go through childbirth alone while spouse was at tech school?

My husband is in the Space Force, currently completing tech school at Kessler AFB and he just found out he’s not allowed to come to the birth of his first child, unless there’s some crazy medical complication. They said it’s because of Covid restrictions being enforced. Just wondering if there’s any other moms out there who went through child birth alone and how did you cope? My hubby is my support person, so I’m honestly really nervous he’s not going to be there. But also really sad he’s going to miss out on seeing his first son for the first couple months.
