i’m so scared

hi i’m 17 and and i really need a doctor or someone to answer my parents won’t take me to a doctor bc i have health anxiety however i have a lump on the back of my head that really hurts and i think i have a swollen lymph node it also really hurts and headaches and my neck is so tight and sore i am so scared i have cancer
