Hi beautiful mama’s,

In about 7 weeks, I’ll be meeting my precious little boy🤰🏻 I was wondering if there are any mama’s who chose not to go back to work after having a baby?

My work contract ends mid-September and I haven’t heard about any possible extensions or permanency regarding my position. I’m a pretty pro-active person and I’d like to plan my life out before baby arrives… which is why I am contemplating on going back to school (online, full-time) while raising our the little one.

Financially it will definitely limit our spending money, however it might be worth it long-term once I graduate with a higher degree (Bachelor’s) and will be able to earn a higher income in a few years.

I’ll be 28 in August and I just don’t want to put off my goal on obtaining a degree any longer and I feel as though this might be the way to do it - raise our baby and attend classes online.

Looking for advice/support from mamas who are/were in similar dilemmas? 🤓
