Help induce labor
Hello Ladies,
I got my membrane sweep this afternoon and last night my mucus plug came out. I’m currently three centimeters dilated but my cervix is still long. Any tips or helpful tricks to help bring my baby boy out? I was having contractions earlier every seven minutes but they’re gone now. Thank you in advance for your suggestions! I love hearing your stories and advice!
