Anyone have tips on helping a toddler who has pretty intense social anxiety? I can’t take my son anywhere at this point and when we go to parks he completely avoids other kids and other people. If I do take him to a store he has a complet meltdown no matter what I do to comfort him. It’s to the point where in my head I’ve created levels of his meltdowns. I just feel super stuck and as a single Mom I have to take him everywhere with me and it’s impossible to get thing’s donw when he acts out so badly.
