Diarrhea cramps 19 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies!

I am currently 19 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I’ve been having diarrhea for about 2-3 days 2 times a day. As well as diarrhea like cramps and some gas. TMI.. I was wondering if they was normal? I called my nurse and she said to take Imodium but, I haven’t used the bathroom today just feeling crampy like I have to use the bathroom.
