As a stay at home mom and babysitter how do you do taxes?

Do them as “self employed.” You need to keep record of your income and expenses, including mileage. Keep logs and receipts. Put aside money for taxes as well (unless taxes are withheld).
I use turbo tax self employed to do my taxes as an independent contractor. It’s pretty simple but you need to keep records! Good ones. 
When you say babysitting it sounds like a small amount, are you a nanny? Does your employer tax you, do you get tax documents?

As Casey said, do all those things. Plus, when you are claiming self employment, you can deduct a lot of things if you actually utilize them. For example, we own a rental home and are property managers of it, but we deduct one of our car payments and insurance because my car is utilized to go to and from the rental to check it, buy necessities for it (it’s furnished), etc. we also deduct our phone bills because we use online and phone call features to coordinate tenants, etc.
So bottom line if you use any of your day to day items to transport kiddos, drive to your jobs, coordinate on care.com or via calls from your phone, definitely consider these when filing. Great tax breaks if you legitimately utilize them, or consider doing so for the future write offs!
