Who is in the wrong?

Stumbled upon a random internet feud between a teenage Disney channel actress and a plastic surgeon on TikTok/Instagram.

Sissy Sheridan is a 17 year old actress with a strong internet presence. Screen shots of her Instagram:

Dr. Kay is a facial plastic surgeon who also has an internet presence. Her Instagram:

Apparently, Dr. Kay private messaged Sissy and asked to collaborate, most likely for revenue and exposure for her business. Sissy screen shot and made a TikTok calling out Dr. Kay for offering her services to children:

It’s about 50/50, with some saying Sissy is right and Dr. Kay was out of line offering her services to someone under 18. The other half is saying Sissy is overreacting, she’s not a “child” and that Dr. Kay offered free skincare, but only injectables if she was interested.
