Allergic to diaper/wipes?

Can a four month old become allergic to diapers or wipes?

So he is really red in-between his bum and on his cheeks and then he had some peeling skin going on.

He's in pampers swaddled and uses pampers sensitive wipes.

I just noticed the peeling today and he's had the red/rash on and off but nothing to severe and usually goes away after I apply some ointment for a day.

I switched his wipes today to wet wipes my sister got me since it's essentially just water with a fruit extract in it. Should I change the diaper brand too?
