Can I be infertile?

So turns out I have had trich or trick for 2 years and after being tested nobody told me. However a previous boyfriend confronted he gave it to me. In addition he told me I had chlamydia which I ended up getting treated for, but I think I had it for almost 2 years. Is their a test I can do to see if I will be able to have kids. I am worried and it is making me stressed.
