Pains

Guess I’m just needing to vent alittle. I have had the entire list of pains, the lightning crotch, the girdle pain, the ligament pains and the nerve pain, since about 18-19 weeks. I failed my 1-hour glucose test and I have my 3-hour test next week. I had to go to labor and delivery tonight for stomach pain that was around my belly button and alittle higher up, they said it’s my organs being pushed upwards. I feel so overwhelmed because it feels like I can’t win and I also feel like I’m failing as a wife because I can’t physically do stuff most days. The only good thing is, they said my baby is doing great and looks perfect and i am blessed for that. I just don’t know how much more pain I can take since it seems like something new hurts every day, and I’m only 29 weeks. 😭
