How to deal with cyst rupture ?

I’m in pain . Went to the ER and they said it was a ruptured cyst . How do I deal with this thing ? How could a tiny thing cause pain ?

I had an ovarian cyst rupture in September, I didn’t even know I had cysts. After 2 hours w horrid stomach pain I went to the ER, they didn’t give me anything and just some scans and said I had free flowing fluid in my abdomen and sent me home. They said mine was about the size of a golf ball. Maybe your pain will go away after a couple days. I’m sorry!! They’re horrible and I didn’t feel like it was taken seriously tbh.
