Can't reach my peak anymore😓

For the past couple weeks I've been having trouble reaching orgasms. My sex drive isn't low, as a matter of fact im in the mood alot but for some reason can't find my spots easy anymore or my mind keeps thinking about trying to get there too much. I've never had this issue until now. A little important side info, I started on a anti depressant in March (Zoloft), still never had an issue but about a month ago my dosage was increased and then the orgasm issue started a couple weeks ago, could this be related and what should I do? Or is there any products anyone recommends to help reach the peak☺ coming from someone who's been able to get there quite a bit my whole life to not able to at all is frustrating 😭 please help.
