Postpartum birth control options!

I have 2 under 2 so it’s safe to say I’m very overwhelmed! I’m thinking about getting a non hormonal IUD (I react horribly to hormones) but we want another baby in the near future after our girls get a little older. Has anyone had a hard time conceiving after getting the IUD removed? Preferably I don’t want anything put into my body, and was looking into natural family planning, but that’s how I got pregnant with my second so 🥴
