Negative 8dp5dt…?

Am I out? It was a five day frozen transfer and the embryo was already hatching day of transfer. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday (8dp) and it was negative. I’ve had cramping like a period is coming.. I’ve been pregnant naturally 3 times (only 1 living) and I’ve never felt period cramping during early pregnancy. I’m 9dp5dt today and afraid to test again 😔 my blood test is scheduled in 5 more days.

Is my negative this far in a pretty good indicator that it did not implant? This wait is so awful.
