I want breastfeed my baby girl for a year and I want be on birth control to prevent any further pregnancies . I had my son about 2 years ago and I tried depo but bled for 6 months and they told me I couldn’t do the pill since it will reduce my breastmilk . I never had a IUD and I don’t like anything in my body that shouldn’t like physically be there . So I’m in dilemma . I currently pregnant with my second child which is girl and don’t plan to have any more kids for a very long time . So I want know breastfeeding mom what type of birth control where you able to use and is safe while breastfeeding ?
