Why are there 2 of these at one time?? It's not normal to loose hair like that. Stop dropping calories or talk to a doctor or dietitian. You are not giving your body enough nutrients.

Yes but that’s because I wasn’t eating enough. To be on a caloric deficit at my height means you get dangerously close to what isn’t healthy, so I had to make sure I was eating about 1400 and eating TONS of protein. Protein is what kept me from losing my hair and it grew back.
