Constipation ?

I know this is TMI but I feel like I have the urge to go poop but nothing is coming out. I can’t tell if it’s from the pressure I’m having or if I’m just constipated. Any one else dealing with this? I’m so uncomfortable 😣

Yes, drink lots of water and I also found that bouncing on my yoga ball for a few minutes helps

This happens to me too, make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, that will help you go! And fiber in your diet too of course.

It’s the worst. I have this issue too. A lot of it is just cramping because of the baby’s position for me.
