Stretches for sciatic pain?

I wondered if anyone has helpful resources or stretches I can work on for sciatic nerve pain? I'm self insured so I'm trying to avoid physical therapy but the pain is pretty bad and I'm only 25 weeks. Any stretches or tips would be so appreciated! ☺️

Not a stretch but someone recommended I sleep with a yoga bolster at night. Changed my life!! I’m a side/stomach sleeper so I always have one leg out in front of me. Pillows were not working so I tried the bolster and it did wonders for helping me. I woke up pain free every day and made it through most days with minimal pain

I’d recommend looking up stretches on YouTube. There are several great ones. Most are about hip opening, stretching hamstrings and sciatica flossing.

Best thing for my pain in the same area has been massage on a regular basis, and using a tennis ball to put pressure on it.

Look up the “4” stretch. Basically you’ll bend one knee and rest it on your other knee and lean forward. Lacrosse/tennis balls on your butt can help as well!! Sometimes I even have my partner dig into my glute muscles with his elbow or a massage gun.
