Last night I started getting insane (and even painful) pressure in my bum, and it turned into a lot of pressure low on my bladder and I think cervix. It almost feels like I suddenly am forming a UTI (no burning sensation when I go to the bathroom, just painful bladder pressure) and maybe forming hemorrhoids at the same exact time (never had them before).

Could this mean labor is soon? Is it just a lot of pressure from the baby, or could I be getting some kind of infection or something? It is really uncomfortable and I keep having to go to the bathroom for just a few drops.

Anyone have something similar to this happen? It was pretty sudden.
