What is this allergy or breakout ??

I woke up with this a few days ago , all over my face , eyes , and chest I’ve taken Benadryl but nothing works I haven’t used my face wash but it hasn’t gone down or gone away

This happened to me on vacation once.  I used a new sunscreen and woke up with this.  It cleared up after several days.  My guess is an allergic reaction to something.

It could be fungal acne 🤔 Maybe see a dr, and get referred to a dermatologist . Hope it clears up!

I usually have the same breakout but it’s all over my chest and I have no allergies and I wash very good. It may be caused by what foods you eat so maybe try eating less greasy foods and drink more water. I’ve been doing this and haven’t had it and a couple weeks. If you ever feel itchy when your hot it’s because of the foods you eat, although you might be healthy it can cause other symptoms like this and they are usually not described as an dietary issue. Many skincare specialists may give you medication that could make it worse. So all I’m saying is to maybe try just drinking a lot of water if you don’t want to change your diet, but it is encouraged to try to eat less greasy foods so you won’t need so many face products.

It looks like your having an allergic reaction to something I’m severely allergic to peanuts when I have a breakout a wash the area and then take Benadryl
