Irregular periods & TTC

Hey all,

I’m pretty new to actively TTC. I’ve always had irregular periods, I’m also overweight. In a previous relationship I had unprotected sex for a long time & never been pregnant. Now in my current relationship I’m actively TTC. I’ve had 4 negative test. I haven’t been to the doctor yet for fertility and looking for ways to help before I go there. I have been to the doctor my irregular periods and they have ran test for PCOS, ENDO, Ultrasound and everything came back negative & normal. They just tell me to lose weight. Any suggestions on steps to get pregnant from home? I think I’m going to wait 2 more months then make a fertility appointment (No weight loss talk please)
