any suggestions?
for about 4 months I haven't been able to fix my super dry lips. I drink a ton of water and tried jusy about every lip treatment I can find in the store. has any one experience this? it mainly my upper lip. they feel like sand paper. I cannot even wear lip stick anymore cause of the dry rough patches I get. it's worse when I wake up. I also dont over lick my lips.
