Irregular Periods/ Spotting with breastfeeding
My daughter is 8 months old this week. She has been EBF but I notice she isn’t drinking as much (I always offer breast before solids though). I got my period back for the first time two weeks ago. It lasted about 5 days and was fairly light but now I’m spotting again. Is this normal? Should I be worried about my supply now that it started again?
