Water intake
So I know I’m supposed to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. But I cannot. The thought of water makes me nauseous and if I drink it, I will puke. there’s some days when I’m not as nauseous and can drink like 4 glasses. But however, on days I can’t, I drink lemonade, sparkling water or body armor drinks to get some type of liquid intake. Is it better to drink stuff that won’t make me sick or should I make myself drink the water even though it’ll come back up? I feel bad for not drinking enough but I feel as long as I’m hydrated it’s better than nothing.
(I do have a dr appt Saturday but just wondering now)
