No patience and anger issues

I am currently 11/12 weeks pregnant and have noticed a lack of patience and increase in irritability. I snap at just about everyone. I can't stand people during this pregnancy. I feel like I should walk around with a sign that reads, "Don't talk to me." I am typically a fairly patient person who normally wouldn't be bothered so quickly however a friend has pointed out how snappy, agitated and impatient I've become.

Please tell me this gets better later on. How do I deal with this? I hate this feeling. I feel like I will bite everyone's head off. 😣☹️😖
