Spotting 4dpo?

Hi ladies I’m 4 dpo I woke yesterday morning and had some pink spotting with a streak of red in it then nothing all day snd then I’ve woke this morning to further pink discharge with a tiny streak of red in it, has anyone else had this and what was the outcome? My boobs are sore and I’m extremely tired. Just looking for others experiences as I’ve never had this before.
