AI with Soft Cup

It was a Peak ovulation test. I received donation. This time I used the soft cup again but used a vibrating device to climax. But this time when I went to take out the soft cup it was brownish red blood in it. As I had a sharp pain at the opening of my uterus.

Is that signs that the donation got inside & possibly worked? I never experienced this. Last time I never seen this.
