MC fears, Advice??

I keep having extremely vivid dreams where I miscarry they’re all different but every time it’s a miscarriage and one of them was a still birth. I’m terrified of that happening, I’m not currently pregnant but going in tomorrow because we’re pretty sure my iud is out of place. Just I wake up breathing heavy in a panic and crying all the time because of it. I haven’t said anything to my fiancé yet but im talking to him tomorrow cuz I know it will help. Just any advice to help these go away?? It’s not real but it feels like it is and it hurts. My last MC was Mother’s Day and that killed for an entire month I wasn’t myself because of it.
