My LO is 5 months old this month (about 4 days) and ever since she was born she's had nightmares where she starts crying in her sleep. It breaks my heart and I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to help. I'm getting her a weighted sleep sack soon I'm not sure if it'll make her feel safer but I hope so. I have baby number 2 on the way and the stress is getting to me a bit mommas send prayers for my little family. Love you all!!! Thanks for the vent and any advice!!!!
