Trying to find a book I read years ago

I’ve been looking for a book that I began reading in middle school but my mom accidentally donated it before I could ever finish it. I just don’t remember the title 😭 I’ve been searching for a while because I want to finish it. It’s been 10+ years.

I feel like the cover was green. It was about a girl visiting family and she finds something that takes her back in time and she meets a man that is her relative. I don’t remember all the details because it’s been so long. It just bugs me that I can’t remember the name or more details.

I’m hoping someone might know!! It would make me so happy to finally finish it.
