So my daughter is almost 4 months will be on the 29th  is it too early?

Yes. It’s totally normal for babies to sleep irregularly at that age. He/she will fall into a natural rhythm. Stay consistent with routines, do what you have to do to get sleep on the bad nights, and it will work itself out in due time. Hang in there, mama ❤️

It depends on how you define sleep training. You can start laying the foundations for healthy sleep at this age, the usual ‘sleep training’ methods are recommended from the age of 6 months. Have a look at @justchillmama on Instagram she has so much free content and is amazing
