Postpartum weight
Hey ladies ... I gave birth an year ago about to be two years in December..... & I got depressed due to losing my son and I let my self go.... I feel way better now and I'm ready to be healthy again and have my body back but my belly is saggy and I lost alot of weight but I still have my belly can anyone give me tips on how to lose it I was planning to work out and using a waist trainer & eating healthy is that good enough?? Or is to late to lose my belly ?? Is it going to take longer ??
