Something isn’t right?

So my fiancé and I have been together for 3 years and he has had a low sex drive this entire time. He doesn’t have insurance so he would never go to the dr and well he tried vitamins and they helped a little. Well I’ve had some concerns of him being on drugs/cocaine. Mind you I have had these concerns before (couldn’t prove it and things went back to normal) and his sex drive never went up this high. He has wanted to all of a sudden do it every night literally every night for the past month now when before he couldn’t even get hard a week past doing it. I noticed he’s spending a lot of time in the bathroom and I’m concerned on what he is doing. Could this be a potential cheating sign? Or he’s watching porn of some sort? Idk what to think I mean 3 years of ED and then all of a sudden he can’t go a night without it. Would this strike as a red flag to you? Yes it’s nice in a way but a total change in who he is in the past month.
