Menstrual Cup itch??

Hi guys, been using Flex Cup for a few months now. Before that I was able to free bleed and before that was a heavy tampon user. I’m not a fan of this particular cup but I do enjoy menstrual cups so I need to get a new one (softer than Flex cup).

I was stuck in 96°F weather and not sure if it’s from the heat/sweating or if the cup’s pull tab has caused an irritation of some sort buuuut I got that itch, ladies. The burning one where you don’t want your legs closed! 😩😩😩

Has anyone gotten irritated like that from a cup? What soft cups do you recommend?

Also, any recommendations for relieving this burn 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 about to take a super clean bath and used some coco oil but any other suggestions please?
