SCH or Sneaky Twin?

I have been following up with this pregnancy weekly via ultrasound and at first there was just one sac which was expected to be a blighted ovum. Over my last 2 ultrasounds I’ve had an additional “something” they are thinking a SCH or possibly a twin. 
Im at my 9 week mark and they confirmed a blighted ovum in the large sac, but this other one just doesn’t look like a SCH to me? Can this be mistaken? This is what they are saying it probably is. It has grown in size over last 2 ultrasounds when it first showed up. 
I spotted the first 2 weeks after my missed period and I’ve had nothing since then. No pain either. What does anyone else think? Experiences? Am I just holding onto a list hope at this point? 
If it was a twin, would it also be a blighted ovum? How come it showed up later? I’m about 9 weeks now, large failed sac is measured at 32mm and the small one at 14mm

I had this last October and it was a sneaky twin. I went in for an ultrasound at 6 weeks because I had been having bad cramping and they didn't see a lot, but the sac was growing as it should and the Dr wasn't concerned. I had a follow-up at 9 and a half week and the sac had stopped growing at 6 and a half week and the Dr couldn't find anything inside and then he found a second smaller sac and told me it was twins, but that I was most likely going to miscarry. I had a follow-up a week later and sadly both had stopped growing and I was told that I had a missed miscarriage. I ended up miscarrying at 11 weeks and 3 days. I'm so sorry 😢. I am not sure about whether or not your second sac could be a SCH (is that a subchorionic hematoma?). I had spotting in early pregnancy and they checked me for one and didn't see anything wrong so the second sac I had wasn't one.
