I still let my 6 month olds sleep in as long as they want to and they’ve both stayed on a pretty decent routine. I’m all about the “don’t wake a sleeping baby”. Especially during the newborn stage. You can’t really put a baby so young on a schedule unfortunately. Mine are just now on a good sleep/nap schedule.

I thought so, I’ve always heard sleep promotes sleep. But I keep seeing articles that say they established a solid wakeup time from an early age by keeping wake time and bedtime consistent from and early age no matter what happened with naps.
