Peeling palms

Has anyone ever experienced this? It was way worse when I got out of the shower but I peeled most of it off. Not itchy or burning at all, just all kinds of skin peeling off. The only thing I’ve been doing different outside of my normal routine is I’m in medical school and currently in phlebotomy so I’ve been wearing gloves a bit more.

I’m freaking out!
