Hi ladies, idk if I’m over reacting and scaring myself.

I just feel so off. My lower back has been hurting the last few days. I feel kinda crampy but not bad crampy. I have had a few little tiny spots of blood when I wipe randomly in the last 3 days. Is all of this normal? Should I be concerned. I was going to go to the hospital but I literally went to the doctor on Wednesday and heartbeat was fine. I told my dr I had random spotting when wiping and he didn’t seem concerned. I do have a UTI (which I have had my entire pregnancy I was told). I also didn’t know if there was blood in my urine this morning or if it was from the antibiotics changing the urine color. Thank you for input. My husband is going to take me to the hospital when he gets home if necessary.
