Berberine Pcos + Ttc

I’m recently trying to conceive an just started berberine It’s something better than metformin help with insulin resistance , acne , weight my cousin used it for 3 months an got pregnant ended in a chemical pregnancy then went back used it 1 month an currently pregnant now . Just trying to see have anyone used this what do you think about it . I’m currently using berberine + one a day prenatals + pink stork prenatals I do have letrozole an doctors say safe to take with letrozole boost chances of pregnancy I’m going to try next cycle . Hoping for a bfp . Any success stories . I know metformin make u go to the bathroom this berberine btw does but mild stomach pain extreme weight loss my cousin was a chunky one 235 she is 185 drink plenty water .
