Why is my body craving movement suddenly
I have hypothyroid for a few years and maybe longer but was diagnosed in 2017. The past 2 months I’ve been craving movement like walking or going to the gym to lift weights nothing super hyper or intense, just steady pace. And for walking it’s not even like craving a mountain to walk on, like even just walking around my house or in place is good enough. In high school for a few months I would walk home from school which took 40 mins and besides walking around school that was the most activity I would have. In middle and elementary I was never active. I’m a bit worried that in the morning when I wake up I feel the need to move like walk, walk on my lunch break for 30 mins, and then either lift weights or do something after work. I’ve been wanting to rock climb in doors, try golf, and maybe kick up tennis. When at work I feel my body craving to stand vs sit. I’m just not used to this and it worries me a bit
