Severe lower back pain?

Hi! Is anyone else experiencing lower back pain? I’m 23 weeks today and idk if I can deal with this for 4 more months. If i’m on my feet for too long doing things like the dishes or cleaning the house, I end up in so much pain and it’s all in my lower back. Also if I lay on my back, it feels like I’m pinching a nerve. If anyone has had this or going through this, what helps!?

The Dr said it is most likely sciatica. Unfortunately not a lot they can do for it. I find it worse when I sweep or mop or when I work a full eight hours on my feet. Sometimes my boyfriend has to help me get to the bathroom it gets so bad. Sometimes I take a warm bath or put a warm heating pad on it for a few minutes and that helps. But doesn't usually stay away for very long

I’m at 22 weeks and definitely going through this. It’s the sciatic nerve which would hurt my lower back but the pain also shoots down my left leg to the calf. Sometimes it switches sides and it’s on my right. What helps at home is taking hot showers and have the hot water run down my back. I tried warm baths however it was hard laying in a comfortable position. I also apply Sombra - it’s like icy hot but smells mild, and while working at home I sit on an exercise ball since normal chairs aggravate my back. I also try my best to do prenatal yoga (on YouTube) which has a lot of great stretches for your back and legs. 
If you can do it, I would try to see a chiropractor who can adjust pregnant women. I have been seeing mine and feeling a difference after 2 months. I used to go in every week but now it’s every two weeks to get adjusted. A huge game changer for me was getting the prenatal massage (my chiropractor has a therapist on-site) and it was so painful but very much worth it. The massage therapist worked on loosening up all of the tight muscles I had on my back and legs. Hope you feel better!!

I had it with my first pregnancy badly and my contractions ended up being in the same spot. I have it pretty bad in my second pregnancy (22weeks) and am already aware that the contractions are gonna do the same thing again. I find when my partner gives me a hot massage with a device that vibrates, it helps a lot. And plus side, I felt the first movement of this baby due to it.

Yes I had it really bad with my first pregnancy and this one is a little better thankfully. Stretching and massage gun seem to work after a long day! Get some rest ♡

Yesss 24 weeks and I try to keep my posture straight but I feel like it just makes it worse and slouching is more comfortable because of the pain
