Is there a way to induce ovulation without fertility meds?

I have been having anovulatory cycles and getting my period every 2 weeks. But I don’t want to take fertility meds. What can I do??

Have you done testing to determine what is causing your irregularity? What causes it will determine how you can fix it.

Sounds weird but birth control. I was breastfeeding so i wasn’t ovulating and my periods were super irregular so my dr prescribed my 3 months supply of birth control and i got pregnant as soon as i stopped taking them
