Send help I’m dumb 🤦🏼‍♀️

So I took a plan b July 2nd after having unprotected sex on the 1st. I’m still paranoid after taking it because Ofcourse I got my IUD taken out about a week before because it moved from an accident I was in. Anyways, a lot of wonky stuff is going on, heavy bleeding that lasts for a day or two then nothing and then even heavier bleeding again for 4 days and then nothing again. Should I take a pregnancy test? Blood test for pregnancy? I honestly don’t know what to do and wigging out I took an at home pregnancy test 2 days ago (about 2 & 1/2 weeks since i had sex) and it came up negative. I just am trying to make sure I’m not prolonging this or dismissing this either ya know? (God I hope this makes sense 🤣)
