Can I return this at ULTA?

So I went to ulta today and bought a lotion. I used one pump and immediately hated the smell. Just way too strong and cologne like for me. My question is since I opened it can I return it still? I just used one pump literally. 
Also can I return at any ulta or just the one I bought it at? New to this so sorry if this is a stupid question. TIA

My ULTA where I live allows you to fully return products with receipt up until the bottle is half way empty. I would check with your store. I’m in SO Cal.

Yes you can return it at any ulta, even if it’s opened.

You need to check the store’s return policy but I’d say no. Usually anything like that that’s been opened, even if it’s been unused, can’t be returned unless faulty. They can’t resell the product and it’s also not their fault you don’t like the smell. 
That is usually the case for most stores here (we don’t have an ULTA) so again you need to check their returns policy.

It’s worth a try. Sephora let me return a product that I absolutely hated the smell of, even after I used it once.

I would say no, as they can’t sell the opened product. On the other hand the stores here generally have a Tester for the products that are in these kinds of packages. Like a lotion in a squeeze bottle, if I open the lid of the bottle in store I already can smell it, can’t do that with a pump bottle.
