YIEST INFECTIONS

Lady’s I need some help and some advice ! I am 20 years old and I had never had a yiest infection before. April was when I first had one and I ended up getting medicine from the ER to help me with it. The problem is that this month I got a infection twice. On July 4 and now just yesterday it started back up again. I get itch and discharge and it’s terribly painful. I am now concerned because I woke up at 4am with terrible ovary pain and sting in my Vagina ! I haven’t been to a gino because I currently do not have medical insurance. Do you guys think there’s something wrong ? I’m a very clean person so I know it doesn’t have to do with hygiene. I’ve been avoiding using public restrooms and I’m married so I’m not sleeping around either. I have no idea what is causing any of this 😭😭
