I’ve been breastfeeding baby boy (9 months old) so have only had 1 period since having him which was (June 17-19 very light and didn’t need a large pad at all) . I started bleeding on Tuesday and I’ve had a lot of clots (dark brown and light pink blood), really bad cramps especially in my left side and lower back, my whole body just hurts and I’ve had diarrhea for 2 days now. I’m not really sure what’s going on. I was telling my mom how my period is very heavy and she started asking me if I’m sure it’s not a miscarriage and how she miscarried 2 times after having me and she remembers having similar symptoms. I’m still bleeding today, I don’t know if I’m stressing about it or if I could be having a miscarriage. I’m not on birth control and hubby has just been “pulling out”. I don’t know what my next step is or if I should see a doctor or not... if anyone has experienced anything like this please let me know.
